He Shoots...He Scores!

We are celebrating! My son scored his very first goal yesterday - and received Player of the Game honours! He is so proud of himself, and we are so proud of him. This is his second year playing organized hockey, but only the first year playing true house-league. His first year (last year) was Hockey School. Many of the kids on his team have been playing quite a bit longer, some are already in the third year of house-league, and he had been finding it a bit tough to keep up. But...he keeps on trying, never giving up and finally knocked one in! Way to go!
